Binex Shipment Alerts (employees). For employees who opt in, we collect:
- the work email address and mobile phone number given when joining;
- the date and time of the opt-in or opt-out;
- the alerts sent to that number.
How we use it
- To answer inquiries and provide our freight forwarding services.
- For Binex Shipment Alerts: to send the shipment alerts the employee asked for, to confirm opt-in, and to honour STOP and START requests.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Service providers that send messages for us, such as Amazon Web Services, process this information only on our behalf.
Retention and security
We keep opt-in records for as long as the employee participates, plus the period required to show consent. We protect information with access controls and encryption.
